Dam I love your art! This piece is interesting in many ways. Why is he standing on a traffic light? Why does he have 4 arms? Why am I calling it a "he" when it can be a "she"? You can always tell when an artist knows anatomy and has skills. Great job!

Rooshie responds:

damn thanks dude

Awesome piece! The colors remind me of Van Helsing the movie. Poor guy on the chair... even with a gun he didn't stand a chance.

MartsArt responds:

Thanks! ;) Nobody stands a chance against nameless murderer. :D

Holy smokes this piece cracked me up. The story is out of this world! Love the faces on the aliens and wizard. The detail and rendering work is amazing. Man, how do you beat this piece... humor and skills! Looks like the Wizard is going to need to teleport to a dentist chair asap... they can still save his tusk lol.

JulianJoelMessar responds:

Hey thanks for the nice comment :D

Hey nice job. I chose the same themes as you. Yours is colored tho :( Nice! Very clean art style. I like the detail work. For example, on the cement there are two bodies holding a sphere over their backs. Subtle but cool.

Araiguma responds:

Thank you

Cool story and painting! Nice rendering skills. Would have been awesomer (lol) if you drew in a demon lurking in the background. The statues are creepy tho so they will do. Great job!

Cortexiphan7 responds:

Thanks and I agree. I was going to make a demon looming behind the alter but was rushing to finish by the deadline so I ended up scrapping it...I really need to stop doing these challenges at the last minute...

I like your character design. It reminds me of something Blizzard would crank out. Your story makes me smile... the great Duck Wizard. I like how you incorporated duck feathers on the shoulders. Maybe more duck parts or colors would tie it in better. Great job!

Arakcanum responds:

Thanks! Glad you like it. Yeah I definitely got some inspiration from Warcraft the game and also the movie (big fan). The Duck part started off as a joke as I was tempted to make a comedic piece. But in the end this is what i came up with. Btw your piece are really cool too!

Wow! Very nice job. Thanks to Jazza for asking you to show WIP images because without them I would suspect some were photos. I mean look at the girl cashiers face... its so beautifully rendered. Everything is excellent. The only feedback I can give you is to watch out for those anatomy proportions. Characters seem to have heads that are a tad big for their bodies. Apologies if this is the style you are shooting for because I did notice its consistent throughout other illustrations. Nonetheless, superb execution! I didn't get a chance to color mine :(

Neutronboar responds:

Thanks for pointing that out and overall excellent feedback. I can always appreciate quality criticism that helps me get better.I loved your piece by the way. :)

You have a wonderfully strange mind my friend. I love the new design. Your presentation is excellent: how you placed her on a lit platform and gave credits in the background, etc. The anatomy needs a bit more work such as the torso rendering and size of both arms (one seems bigger than the other). Other than that, great job once again. Good luck!

Neutronboar responds:

Thanks.
I re-uploaded fixed version now.

Haha this made me laugh at work... almost got in trouble. But very entertaining and loving the subtlety of the poses and expressions. Yea I need to catch up.

This year will be something special, I hope for all of us.
